Math...WHO'S Your DADDY????

I'm so freakin' pumped right now!

Today in Math I was supposed to teach something that I totally didn't understand! We had to "Cancel out 9's" in addition, multiplication and division problems. I tried reading the directions, but I just couldn't figure it out. Spencer is so mathematically minded that he can usually figure things out on his own even if he can't tell me the steps of the process. He totally was confused as well even after I gave him the teacher book to read the steps.

I had pretty much decided that we would have to skip it and let Randy look at it later. I told him to move on to the other problems that he already knew how to do. While he did those, I prayed to ask for wisdom then I looked at the problems again to try and figure them out.

All the sudden I understood the process!

I was so very excited!

We worked out all the problems!!!!

Math has never been much of a friend to me, but today...Well, today, we were Besties!!!!
